WHAT DO YOU NEED TO KNOW
Prim. dr. sc. med. dent.
Head Doctor Tihomir Švajhler, DSc (dental medicine), born in 1955. He graduated from The Zagreb University School of Dental Medicine in 1979. From 1982–1994 he was employed as assistant at the School of Dental Medicine Institute for Oral Surgery, and from 1985–1994 as a resident at the Clinic for Facial, Maxillary and Oral Surgery in Zagreb. He completed postgraduate studies. In 1988 he passed specialized exam in oral surgery and won his master’s thesis. He acted as lecturer in permanent education process of dental medicine doctors, and published several scientific and professional papers. Towards the beginning of the 90s, he became engaged in dental implantology. In 1996, he won a doctor’s thesis from the area of implantology, the first of its kind in Croatia. He is an active participant in implantology-related congresses. He has held a Head Doctor status since 2001.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO KNOW

Dr. Blanka Raguž Bubalo was born in Dubrovnik. She graduated from the Zagreb University Faculty of Dental Medicine in 1999 and has since been working as a doctor of dental medicine in Zagreb. She is specialized in the area of aesthetic dental medicine and has been additionally trained at numerous workshops both in the country and abroad. She has been a part of the Švajhler dental practice team since 2016.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO KNOW
Ivan Švajhler is in charge of all business-related affairs at our dental medicine practice. He graduated from the Zagreb School of Economics and Management in 2011 while he finished MBA studies from the area of finances and banking in 2012, also in Zagreb. He has been working at our dental office since the beginning of 2014.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO KNOW
Gordana Jurešić is a dental assistant. She graduated from the secondary school for dental assistants in Zenica (Bosnia and Herzegovina). After professional upgrading in Germany, she came to Zagreb in 1997. She has been working in the clinic from the beginning of 2003.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO KNOW
Dr. Ana Buha was born in Šibenik. She graduated in 2024 from the University of Split School of Medicine, Faculty of Dental Medicine. During her studies, she participated in numerous extracurricular lectures and workshops. After completing her sixth year of study, she spent three months in clinical practice at the Dental Polyclinic in Split. She has been part of the Švajhler Dental Center team since 2025.
