Dear patients,

We would like to inform you that the Švajhler Dental Center has signed a contract for the provision of primary dental health care with HZZO. The head of the dental team is Dr. Blanka Raguž Bubalo, who will work with our long-standing dental assistant Gordana Jurešić.

From today, you can receive treatments under HZZO conditions at our dental center. We have space for new patients, so all interested can fill out an online form which can be found on our website.

We ask all interested parties to fill in this form  and give it to us  scan or take a picture with a mobile phone and send to the email address info@dent-med.hr.

You can also register by coming to the dental center by choosing the time of arrival in the appointment reservation system above. 

It is not necessary to go to your current doctor of dental medicine to check out. A few basic data are enough for enrollment.
